Terms of Service
Terms for using TORO Recovery.
These terms govern access to the TORO Recovery platform and its Business and law-firm workspaces.
Permitted use.
You may use TORO Recovery for lawful U.S. business-to-business commercial receivables and related professional workflows. You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, maintain authority over submitted records, and comply with applicable law and contractual duties.
User decisions.
Generated drafts, workflow dates, risk indicators, attorney matches, and other recommendations require user review. TORO Recovery does not send, share, close, refer, settle, file, or delete a matter without an authorized user action.
Subscriptions.
Free and paid plans have stated capacity and feature limits. Paid subscriptions renew on their selected interval unless canceled under the applicable ordering terms. Third-party legal fees and costs are separate. Enterprise terms may be governed by a separate written order.
No legal services or recovery promise.
TORO Recovery is a software platform, not a law firm or collection agency. It does not provide legal advice, create an attorney-client relationship, or guarantee recovery, attorney acceptance, litigation outcome, or timing.
Suspension and changes.
Access may be limited for security threats, unlawful use, nonpayment, or material breach. We may update these terms prospectively and will identify a revised effective date.
