This notice describes the categories of information used to operate, secure, and improve TORO Recovery.
Information we process.
We process account and contact information, organization profile data, commercial Account records, uploaded documents, workflow activity, support communications, authentication signals, and limited product analytics. Do not submit consumer debt data to the current product.
Why we use it.
Information is used to provide authorized workspace features, maintain security, support users, enforce plan limits, preserve audit history, improve product usability, and meet legal obligations. Public-site analytics use an anonymous session identifier and do not collect Account or debtor content.
Sharing and access.
Workspace information is available only according to organization roles and explicit sharing. Attorneys receive only authorized opportunities or matter records. Service providers may process limited information to host and operate the platform under appropriate obligations.
Retention and choices.
Retention depends on workspace needs, contractual commitments, security, audit, and legal requirements. Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or privacy choices; some records may need to be retained for legitimate audit or legal purposes.
