Founding Business Pricing is available to eligible new Business customers who begin a Starter, Growth, or Scale subscription while the offer is active. Standard pricing applies after the first 12 months. Taxes, attorney engagement fees, court costs, service fees, usage charges, and other third-party expenses are separate. Upgrading does not create an attorney-client relationship, and TORO Recovery does not guarantee recovery.

Pricing questions.

What is Founding Business Pricing?

Eligible new Business customers receive 20% off Starter, Growth, or Scale for their first 12 months. Monthly plans receive 12 discounted monthly billing periods; annual plans receive the discount for the first annual term. The standard renewal price remains visible before confirmation.

What are the monthly Founding prices?

Starter is $95.20 per month, Growth is $319.20 per month, and Scale is $1,079.20 per month for the first 12 months. They then renew at $119, $399, and $1,349 per month respectively.

What are the annual Founding prices?

The first-year prices are $952 for Starter, $3,192 for Growth, and $10,792 for Scale. They renew at the standard annual prices of $1,190, $3,990, and $13,490.

Who is eligible?

A new Business organization beginning its first paid Starter, Growth, or Scale subscription while the campaign is active may qualify. The offer is limited to one redemption per Business and cannot be restarted by canceling, changing plans, switching workspaces, or changing billing intervals.

What happens if we upgrade or downgrade during the offer?

The original Founding expiration date stays the same. An eligible paid plan receives the 20% discount for the remaining promotional period; the promotion does not restart. Any immediate charge or credit must be reviewed before confirmation.

What counts as an active Account?

An Account counts while it remains open for recovery. Resolved and closed Accounts do not consume active capacity, and existing records remain readable when a limit is reached.

Do multiple invoices for one debtor count separately?

Invoices attached to one canonical Account do not each consume an Account slot. Separate Accounts remain separate unless the Business explicitly completes the consolidation workflow.

Can we change plans?

Yes. Business Administrators can review usage and change an eligible subscription from Subscription & Billing. Downgrades identify capacity and feature effects before confirmation and preserve existing data.

What happens at a limit?

TORO Recovery preserves existing data and read access, but blocks the new action that would exceed the plan. The workspace shows current usage and the next available plan.

Is a credit card required for Free?

No. The Free workspace requires no payment card.

Are attorney or third-party fees included?

No. The promotion applies only to eligible TORO Recovery Business subscription fees. Law-firm fees, court costs, service fees, taxes, usage charges, and other third-party expenses are separate.

What happens after cancellation?

Paid access continues through the applicable period end. Self-service cancellation and reactivation does not reset Founding eligibility. Contact support before cancellation to review export, retention, and promotion effects.

What happens to an existing legacy price?

Existing contractual prices are preserved until an approved migration, notice, or renewal change applies. A legacy subscriber is not silently moved to the new list price or automatically enrolled in Founding pricing.
